Troop Outings

Scouts are responsible for signing up in advance for all troop outings. This is necessary to ensure all necessary equipment and space is available, as well as ensuring that sufficient drivers are on hand.
Likewise it is the scout's responsibility to advise the troop leadership as early as possible when a change in circumstance prevents the scout from attending the troop outing.
